Good news everyone, Eminem’s latest album Revival has finally got a release date. After months of speculation and one false start, it’s been officially announced that the long-awaited album will hit shelves on 15 December.
Eminem decided to share the good news via the weird medical-style advert above, starring pharmacy guy Trevor, in keeping with how he’s teased the album so far.
The album’s title was ‘sneakily’ released back in October by Eminem’s manager Paul Rosenberg and people have been very impatient since:
Last month he shared this cryptic image, meant to look like a prescription:

That was followed by this post, which also featured Trevor, and was just ahead of the release of the first track from the album:

And since then we’ve been kept in the dark about a release date. It was widely reported to be released on Friday 17 November, but the speculation turned out to be bollocks and fans were left fuming after the date came and went.
Fans are now pretty bloody excited about the thought of a brand new album:
“Revival isn’t a medication at all” But I sure as hell need me some pills to calm me down now 😩
